Terms and Conditions

1. Driving Lessons

Driving Lessons (on-road tuition) are available only to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Must be 17 years of age or
• Hold a valid irish Learner
• Are legally entitled to drive within the Republic of Ireland.

All vehicles provided by GoDrive School of Motoring for driver training are clean, regularly maintained, fully insured, and compliant with RSA regulations. GoDrive School of Motoring reserves the right to terminate a lesson at any point if the instructor determines that the learner poses a risk to themselves, the vehicle, or other road users. in such cases, GoDrive School of Motoring will not be held liable for any time lost or costs incurred.

2. Learner Responsibilities

• Learners must possess a valid Learner Permit and present it to the instructor before the first lesson.
• Lessons will be refused or canceled if a valid Learner Permit is not  GoDrive School of Motoring will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from this.
• Learners are expected to be well-rested and in a fit condition to drive.
• Lessons may be refused if the instructor believes the learner is under the influence of alcoholic, drugs, or is excessively GoDrive School of Motoring will not be held accountable for any loss of time or associated costs in such circumstances.

3. Lesson Cancellation Policy

• Learners must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 1OOOé charge of the lesson
• Missed prepaid lessons without the required notice will be considered as lessons
• Prepaid lessons are non-transferable unless prior written consent has been obtained.

4. Pricing

• GoDrive School of Motoring reserves the right to amend Lesson prices and promotional offers at any time without prior

Payment for Lessons must be made in advance through one of the following methods:

• Bank transfer to the specified
• Cash, paid directly to your

6. Refund Policy

• Learners may cancel lessons with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice and request a refund for unused lessons.
• A2OOé administration fee (minimum 520) will be deducted from the refund
• Refunds will only be issued for lessons purchased within the past three years.

7. Instructor Qualifications

All instructors at GoDrive School of Motoring are fully licensed and RSA-certified Approved Driving instructors (ADI).

8. Driving Licence

• Learners must present a valid driving licence (Learner Permit or full licence) prior to their first lesson.
• Off-road or theory-based lessons do not require a licence presentation.

9. Lesson Postponements

• Learners must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any lesson postponement.
• instructors reserve the right to reschedule lessons in cases of adverse weather conditions or unsafe roads.

10. Driving Test

1. Bookings: Learners are responsible for booking their driving test directly with the RSA.
2. Vehicle Use: Instructors may refuse the use of their vehicle for the driving test if they believe the learner’s driving is unsafe.
3. Test Cancellations: Learners must notify the RSA with at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting the test fee.

11. Punctuality

• Learners are required to be punctual for their lessons. instructors will wait for up to 30 minutes before considering the lesson canceled and forfeiting the fee.
